Usually scam sites can be defined by the following:

Offering more than 4% a day
More than 30% upgrade bonus
Very low (under $10) minimal payout
Very high (over $50) minimal payout
Suddenly starting to offer bigger upgrade bonuses, like buy one - get 3 , though offering every 4th upgrade for free is still ok.

判断标准：
1、日息超过4%的；
2、超过30%的升级奖励的；
3、低于10美圆支付的；
4、高于50美圆支付的；
5、突然加大升级奖励，如买一赠三之类的。

为什么我在很多网站看到的CashBar都是国内的呢？可是我记得我注册的是国外的公司。这家是骗人的吗？
另外，这家我登录的时候经常会弹出一个窗口，我找金山译一下，好像是说不对本国支付，不过日期是2001年的，不知道怎么回事。而网友们说的国内的CashBar好像是今年才运营的公司，搞得我头都晕了。
